  The key to successful deployment of a call centre solution is professional training. Every system we provide is delivered with a comprehensive training package brought to you by our dedicated training staff.
  TouchStar are unique in offering, free of charge, twice a month training sessions at the Manchester office. The training lasts for two days covering administration, supervisor and scripting.
  Every two months we run an advanced course which is also free of charge. This is supplemented by an expert account manager who will attend your call centre every two months to offer advice and training.
  Before the installation our team will discuss your organisation's requirements and provide the appropriate training, materials and assistance to ensure that all your staff get the best from your investment. From agent to administrator, our team will provide you and your staff with the confidence to get the most from your system.
  Building confidence and giving users the skills to use a new system starts well before the system is installed. By providing pre-training prior to 'go live' day, either at our in-house training suite or at your premises, we can minimise the disruption to the call centre and make the change over with little interruption to normal service.
