The key to successful deployment of a call centre system is professional training. Every system we provide is delivered with a comprehensive training package brought to you by our dedicated training staff.
Before the installation of your system, our team will discuss your organisation's requirements and provide the appropriate training, materials and assistance to ensure that all your staff get the best from your investment.
We offer monthly system training sessions at our Manchester office. Every two months we run an advanced course which is also free of charge.

Low Cost Calls, Exchange Lines, Non-Geographic numbers and SMS services
By thoroughly analysing your call traffic, Daviker Telecom will be able to recommend the most suitable carrier for your call centre - or should it be necessary – a combination of carriers for your call traffic.
Predictive dialler users require very specific tariffs that can only be met by a combination of carriers. Each campaign can be assigned a specific carrier that offers the best tariff. For example if you are ringing primarily mobiles we would use a different carrier than when a campaign is ringing land lines. This minimises call costs.
SMS
Send SMS directly from the TouchStar script, single messages or bulk campaign. With read and delivery receipt these message campaigns can be managed from you dialler.
We have some of the lowest “high quality” SMS prices on the market.
Non geographic and Geographic Numbers (NGNs)

Daviker Telecom are able to supply non geographic services such as 0845, 0844 and 0800 numbers at extremely competitive rates. Daviker Telecom are also able to supply geographic numbers such as 0207, 0161 and 0114 with mapping options to anywhere in the world. With our on line live mapping services each of our customers are able to manage and map their own services quickly and simply.
