  When selecting telecoms carriers for our customers, our main priority is reliability and quality of service at a highly competitive cost - rather than simply the cheapest. By working with industry-leading carriers we will provide your business with the best possible rates on the most stable networks.
  By thoroughly analysing your call traffic, TouchStar Network Services will be able to recommend the most suitable carrier for your call centre - or should it be necessary – a combination of carriers for your call traffic.
  Predictive dialler users require very specific tariffs that can only be met by a combination of carriers. Each campaign can be assigned a specific carrier that offers the best tariff. For example if you are ringing primarily mobiles we would use a different carrier than when a campaign is ringing land lines. This minimises call costs.
  All customers of TouchStar are assigned an account manager who handles all their requests and questions and will know and understand your organisation's requirements. With 24-hour, 365-days-a-year support from our account management team, we can assure you that we are always there to help.
  Wholesale Line Rental
  TouchStar can bundle your call traffic and line rental costs into one monthly bill improving your cash flow and saving you money (10%).
  The lines are subject to the same high standard of maintenance that you would expect in a contact centre environment.
  Resilience is paramount; often we will recommend two different suppliers to provide a degree of redundancy in the event of a network outage.

  Non geographic Numbers (NGNs)
  Non Geographic Numbers (NGN's) are an extremely useful tool for your business. We can advise your business on legalities, regulations and which NGN's are best for what your business is trying to achieve. Non-geographic numbers are used by organisations for a variety of compelling reasons. Some of which are as follows:
 
 
  • Enhanced Services: - We can help you to offer your customers enhanced services when they call your NGN. These include sophisticated network facilities, such as directing all your marketing calls to the nearest office by recognising caller line identity (CLI) or simply routing calls between different offices when no one is available to answer a call. Through NGN's we are able to record all inbound calls, storing them off-site - providing a cost effective solution. Voicemail can also be provided at network level.
  • Increased Response to Marketing: - We can provision Freephone numbers, which are widely recognised as one of the most powerful marketing tools available. Research suggests that advertising responses can increase by up to 300 per cent when companies use Freephone 0800 or 0808 numbers.
  • Revenue Generation: - Premium rate 090 numbers can provide your business with a lucrative source of revenue. However other numbers such as 0870's and 0871's can also generate revenue streams when called in high volumes. We can help you decide which of these options is correct for your business.
  • National Presence: - Non geographic numbers, such as 0870s can provide your organisation with a 'national presence', a professional image and a sense of scale, whereas, 0845s can give your customers the impression of a local organisation. Sometimes 01254 just does not cut the mustard!
  • Disaster Recovery: - By giving customers your NGN instead of a number beginning with a local STD code (such as 0207/0208 in London, or 0161 in Manchester), should you move offices, have a power cut or choose to close the office for the day, the NGN can be redirected by TouchStar staff to a different destination number with an hour's notice.
  • Depending on your business requirements, we can provide any of the above services, both quickly and usually without any charge. All you have to do is provide us with a destination telephone number at which to point the NGN and we will do the rest for you. Once your NGN is active our staff will help you get the most from it!
