DMA and FSA compliant

- Do Not Call (DNC)
list double scrubs
the record upon
import and upon
fetch to the
dialling buffer.
This will reduce the
chances of dialling
duplicate numbers or
contacts to almost
zero. The system
will scrub against
multiple fields.
- Caller ID
settings for each
campaign.
- Abandoned Call
Rate management
tools, by setting
the drop rate for a
campaign to 3% the
system will
automatically alter
the pacing and line
ratio to make sure
the target is met.
- IVR/ACD Opt-out
(to support future
regulations
currently being
considered).
