TouchStar Call Centre Software Rebrands as Daviker

Noble Systems Continues to Support the TouchStar Product Suite

The exclusive UK reseller of the Noble TouchStar product suite has today announced its rebranding as Daviker Limited. Originally formed in 1992, Daviker has been a hugely successful value added reseller of the TouchStar product suite for a number of years – in which time the company has witnessed unparalleled growth and a number of customer service award nominations.
Daviker will continue to be the only source of the TouchStar product suite in the UK following Noble Systems’ acquisition of certain TouchStar Corporation assets in September 2009. TouchStar V6.0, an innovative upgrade to the existing solution is to be released this month, reaffirming Noble’s and Daviker’s commitment to the continued support of the TouchStar product suite.
Daviker has also released additional products and services that complement the TouchStar product suite. This includes Daviker products such as interactive wallboards, SMS platforms and payment processing engines.
Daviker Telecom has been established as a separate division within Daviker to supply services such as Least Cost Routing as has Daviker IT Solutions providing network support and disaster recovery solutions.
Managing Director, Dave Fricker went on to add: “Despite the economic downturn, our customers have continued to grow and we have continued to grow with them. Customers such as Converso and Voice, both outsourced telemarketing operations, have doubled in size this year aided by our technology. The Noble Systems’ acquisition of certain TouchStar Corporation assets has already proven to be beneficial as we have retained complete independence and have access to a number of additional resources. Daviker has retained its position as exclusive reseller of TouchStar and will continue to augment the core product with our range of value added products and services.”
