Manchester based TouchStar Call Centre Software has announced the expansion of their sales and support services to new offices in London. TouchStar, which has been the fastest growing call centre business over the past four years and a recent finalist at the National Business Awards, believes the move will provide a more localised sales and support operation in the South-East.
TouchStar Managing Director, David Fricker is excited about the new venture and stated: By opening a new office on the outskirts of London, we can be closer to both our customer and prospect base in the south. Our company philosophy is simple, we have a vested interest in seeing our customers grow, as when they grow, we grow! However, to help them with their growth, customers have told us they like their technology suppliers to be geographically close at hand. With this in mind, it seemed natural to open an office close to such the heart of the UKs call centre industry.
The new venture has been facilitated with a partnership with Loughton based telecoms reseller, Gemini UK Solutions headed by Nolan Braterman. He commented: Obviously we are delighted to work with a supplier with the stature of TouchStar. The partnership will enable us to offer our customers a complete outbound, inbound and blended call centre solution in addition to our telephony products.
David Fricker added that he was delighted to be working with an organisation lead by Nolans huge experience supporting systems within telecoms and IT.
TouchStar are employing ten new staff within their new base and are optimistic they will continue to buck the general economic trends.
