TouchStar Call Centre Software has today been nominated as a finalist at the prestigious Software Satisfaction Awards within the Contact Centre Software category. The finalist nominations were provided by primary research from buyers and end users of business software applications and are an indication of achieving outstanding feedback in terms of value for money, ease of use, functionality and reliability. In total, over 8,100 votes were cast over the award categories.
Commenting on TouchStars achievement, Darren Falkingham, Head of Marketing,
Software Satisfaction Awards stated: Since the Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006, they have provided a genuine benchmark for high standards from software providers and act as an invaluable guide for those businesses looking to purchase the very best software systems. By being shortlisted as a finalist, TouchStar has clearly demonstrated their excellence as a contact centre software solution most importantly because they were voted into the shortlist by their own satisfied customers.
