TouchStar Call Centre Software has been nominated as a regional finalist for the prestigious National Business Awards sponsored by Orange for the Customer Focus Award category. The award is for businesses that have demonstrated that they have customers at the heart of their businesses and deploy and manage resources to effectively meet the needs of their customers.
TouchStar, the developer and supplier of a range of contact centre products including predictive dialler technology has long been renowned within the industry for their customer-centric ethos.
