TouchStar Call Centre
Software has today
announced a strategic
technology partnership
with leading outsourced
service provider
VOICE Marketing. The
partnership will involve
a full integration of
software development
between the two
companies. VOICE
Marketing will have a
fully consultative role
and will be involved
with the roadmapping and
design of features on
TouchStar products. |

The partnership will
further energise the
call centre technology
industry and is expected
to provide additional
growth potential. Both
companies have bucked
the economic trend in
recent times with
TouchStar CCS
recently expanding its
customer support
operation and VOICE
Marketing increasing in
size to 150 staff over
the past year. |

According to TouchStar
CCS Managing Director,
David Fricker, the
partnership will provide
benefits for both
organisations and
subsequently the
outsourced sector as a
whole. He added, “VOICE
Marketing have been a
customer for a long time
and in that period we
have witnessed their
rapid sustained growth
to the major player
within their sector that
they have now become.
That growth has not been
by accident and the
innovative systems they
have put in place have

will dictate features
that will be implemented
into the software so an
even more tailored
solution will be the
