TouchStar Call Centre
Software has today
expanded their customer
support operation. Due
to rapid expansion over
the past three years,
they are moving to new
premises at The Works
Business Centre in the
Ardwick area of the
city. The main objective
of the move is to
further enhance the
support and training
services provided for
their call centre
clients. The move
coincides with several
new appointments across
the support and
development areas of the
business. |

As specialists in
predictive dialling
technology, TouchStar
Call Centre Software has
proved a major success
story and the new
premises provide the
scope for further
growth. |

TouchStar CCS Managing
Director, David Fricker
