improved with new
support and development
centres in South Africa

TouchStar Call Centre
Software has recently
opened two new support
and development centres
- in Durban, South
Africa and Chennai,
India. The South Africa
office will deliver
support to the South
Africa clients as well
as acting as a fall back
in case the UK support
centre is closed due to
emergencies. The Chennai
office will provide
extra development
capability to UK and
South Africa based
customers. |

These new facilities
will provide improved
customer service in
terms of support. The
additional development
will also be of customer
benefit as tasks that
may be requested at the
end of a working day in
the UK, and be ready for
the start of the next
working day due to
Chennai’s 5.5 hour time
difference. |
