Compliance can be one of the biggest issues to contend with. For this reason, the TouchStar Predictive Dialler has developed routines and processes that will enable you to operate fully within the law and be completely Ofcom, DMA and FSA compliant without compromising the efficiency of the call centre outbound dialler. Listed below are a few features that reduce the likelihood of error. |
- Do Not Call (DNC) list double scrubs the record upon import and upon fetch to the dialling buffer. This will reduce the chances of dialling duplicate numbers or contacts to almost zero. The system will scrub against multiple fields.
- Caller ID settings for each campaign.
- Abandoned Call Rate management tools, by setting the drop rate for a campaign to 3% the system will automatically alter the pacing and line ratio to make sure the target is met.
- Compliant with all Ofcom regulations with regard to the revised statement.
