Our solutions include our award winning predictive dialler, our feature rich CTI power dialler and our revolutionary IP enterprise solution. Founded in 1990, we have grown to become an established, trusted and respected supplier to thousands of organisations.
  Our expertise lies in the delivery of OFCOM, FSA and DMA compliant outbound and blended dialling solutions which improve productivity, accountability and profitability.
  TouchStar Call Centre Software place our customers at the centre of our planning. We understand the value of strong relationships with our customers and only recruit staff that share this philosophy.

All our staff possess hands-on experience working in a call centre environment in capacities such as dialler manager, call centre manager, agent or technical support. Our UK based support is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
