New kid on the outsourcing block, VOICE, has doubled in size year on year since its foundation in 2006.
Initially employing just 5 people, the firm now has a staff over more than 150 with active recruitment of 50 more planned for the rest of this year.
Set up by a group of directors with considerable experience in the call centre market, VOICE has enjoyed new client wins and current client expansions in recent months.
Talking exclusively to Call Centre Focus, managing director James Hinchcliffe said: "We are under no illusion that things generally are tough out there but if agencies continue to invest in training and supporting their staff, clients will reap the benefit of working with such outsourcers.
"We're confident that this year we will follow our pattern of growth and hope to become the brand of choice when it comes to outsourced call centre activity."
